Tonight’s Airtricity league fixture between Derry City and Sligo Rovers is shaping up to be a thriller.
Derry City are aiming to turn their fortunes around after a draw with Bohemians. With 51 points from 32 games, they're third on the table and looking to leapfrog the leaders with a win. Consistency has been an issue for them though, having only clinched one win in their last eight league matches.
On the other hand, Sligo Rovers have had an impressive enough season, sitting in sixth place with 47 points. They've shown strength on the road, and their manager, John Russell, is confident that they can challenge Derry's title hopes.
Kick-off is at 7:15 PM at the Ryan McBride Brandywell Stadium. It’s set to be a tense match with both teams hungry for the points. Catch our full live commentary with Dee Curran, Stephen McClelland & Mikhail Kennedy from 7pm tonight on 105.3fm, Online & DAB Digital Radio and Locally for the visually impaired.
